I’m Rod Washausen - CPA, restaurant owner, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people feel confident about their money.

I got into accounting as a teenager helping my dad run his contracting business. Payroll, bills, tax prep... you name it, I jumped in and learned it. Turns out, I loved the work. I love clarity. I love solving problems. And I love helping people feel less stressed about their finances.

That early experience shaped everything I do today.

I became a Certified Public Accountant in 2009 and earned my Master’s in Accountancy from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Since then, I’ve helped individuals, small business owners, and restaurant owners get their books, taxes, and cash flow under control.

Over the years I’ve worked in public accounting firms doing taxes, tax planning, accounting, and financial consulting. In 2012, I opened my own practice so I could work directly with the people I serve.

Today, I help:
